The Senior Project Manager – SSC will lead critical initiatives and process improvements within the Student Success Center, ensuring alignment of strategic priorities with execution and managing cross-team collaboration.ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end execution and communication of complex, multi-stakeholder projects that span strategy, operations, analytics, marketing, and frontline teamsTranslate strategic initiatives into actionable project plans, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with senior leadershipCoordinate cross-functional work, ensuring alignment on goals, accountability, and deliverablesSupport intake, prioritization, and resource planning across a range of initiatives and business needsAnticipate roadblocks and dependencies for meeting project outcomes and leverage subject matter expertise to make recommendations, escalating where appropriateSupport the evolution of the SSC project management office as projects and the team growContribute to and document developing project management processes and operating rhythms across SSC, with recommendations for scalable solutions (anticipating growth)Operate with flexibility and responsiveness in a fast-evolving environment where priorities may shiftDevelop and maintain an SSC PM playbook, documenting improvements within the function over timeManage documentation, issue resolution, reporting, and communication cadences that support stakeholder trust and transparencyPrepare clear, concise presentations to communicate progress and recommendations to senior stakeholdersPerform in accordance with Risepoint policiesPerform other duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's Degree (with preference in Business/Workforce/Operations Management, Statistics, Economics/Finance or related fields)Minimum of 4 years' project management experience in complex work environments (projects with multiple stakeholder groups)PMP, ScrumMaster or equivalentAnalytical SkillsPM Tools (Wrike, Workfront, Asana)Communication Skills (Oral & Written)Microsoft Office SuitePresentation SkillsCompany OverviewRisepoint partners with universities to create online degree programs and offers recruitment marketing and admissions services.
