Amazon Brand Manager
Job Description:
Our company specializes in building successful ecommerce brands across Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart. We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven Amazon Marketing Manager to help grow multiple brands across Amazon. This isn’t a clock-in, clock-out role — you’ll take real ownership over product launches, listing performance, PPC campaigns, and catalog health. If you're someone who notices problems before they happen, knows when to jump in, and loves making an impact, you’ll fit right in.
Location: Remote; Time Zone: Hours will be based on EST/PST time zone.
What You’ll Do:
• Support the brand Director in managing and growing multiple brands across Amazon Seller Central
• Lead product launches from start to finish — keyword research, listing creation, content briefs, and A+ asset coordination
• Build and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (setup, daily bid management, keyword research, and negative targeting)
• Keep a close eye on sales performance, keyword rankings, and market trends
• Manage flat file uploads, listing variations, and catalog updates
• Regularly revise content for SEO improvements and conversion rate optimization
• Communicate quickly and clearly with the internal team (mostly through Microsoft Teams)
What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years managing Amazon Seller Central accounts
• Strong hands-on experience with PPC setup and optimization
• Comfortable using flat files, managing variations, and troubleshooting catalog issues
• Sharp attention to detail. You catch the small stuff before it becomes a big issue
• Highly responsive communicator (within 2 hours during working hours)
• Someone who can take initiative. Not just wait for assignments
Bonus Points If You Have:
• Experience managing multiple brands at once
• Familiarity with keyword and sales tracking tools like Sellerise or Helium 10
• Strong understanding of Amazon’s compliance rules and policies
• Background working with creative teams (briefing designers, planning content)
