[Remote] Senior Project Manager (Neuroscience)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Premier Research is looking for a Senior Project Manager (Neuroscience) to join our Neuroscience team. In this role, you will manage and coordinate efforts across global project teams to ensure successful project delivery while maintaining adherence to budget and scope. You will also act as the primary liaison between the company and clients, fostering relationships to drive future business opportunities.ResponsibilitiesEnsures successful management and coordination of efforts assigned to all members of the global project team, including but not limited to Regulatory, Clinical Operations, Biometrics, and Medical Affairs/Safety, to support milestone achievement and overall project deliveryEnsures adherence to project budget and scope of work to realize project profitabilityEnsures all project tasks are completed in accordance with project plans and in compliance with standard Premier Research processes, policies and proceduresActs as the primary liaison between Premier Research and the customer for all assigned projects and chairs project team meetings and teleconferencesAssists in Business Development activities, including proposal development and leading proposal presentations in partnership with Business Development and Scientific Account LeadershipDevelops strong relationships with current clients to generate new and/or add-on business for the futureSkillsBachelor's degree, preferably in a clinical, biological- or science-related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience5+ years of Project Management experience in a CRO/Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Specialty Pharma industryBudget/finance/costing experience on a project levelExperience in managing complex trials, multiple phases, and full lifecycleIn depth, multiple therapeutic area and protocol knowledge in Psychedelics, Mood Disorders, and EpilepsyGlobal experience preferredBenefitsHealth insuranceRetirement plansPaid time offCompany OverviewPremier Research is a biotech startup that helps biopharmaceutical and medical device companies bring their developments.
