They are seeking a Senior Project Manager - Industrial Hygiene to drive growth and profitability in their Industrial Hygiene & the Built Environment practice, focusing on client development and delivering high-quality technical solutions.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your industry network and market insightCollaborate with executive leadership to shape service offerings, go-to-market strategies, and regional positioningServe as a trusted advisor to clients across sectors including real estate, insurance, legal, construction, industry, and public agenciesLead proposal development, client presentations, and contract negotiations to secure high-value projectsDrive revenue growth through strategic account management and cross-functional collaborationOversee and contribute to a wide range of EH&S projects, including:Industrial Hygiene assessments (e.g., asbestos, lead-based paint, mold, and indoor air quality)Environmental investigations and property assessmentsExposure assessments, risk characterization, and mitigation planningEnsure technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction across all project phasesLead multidisciplinary teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of complex environmental and health & safety initiativesDevelop and implement quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) protocols to maintain high technical standardsProvide strategic guidance on emerging EH&S trends, technologies, and regulatory changesMentor junior staff and foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional developmentCollaborate with clients to define project goals, manage expectations, and deliver tailored solutionsTrack and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate project success and drive operational efficiencySkillsBachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Geology, Engineering, or a related disciplineMinimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) consulting, with a strong foundation in Industrial Hygiene and Environmental RemediationDemonstrated success in developing client relationships, securing new business, and delivering profitable project outcomesProven ability to lead and grow teams, mentor staff, and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance cultureIn-depth knowledge of California environmental regulations, including Cal/OSHA, DTSC, and RWQCB requirementsStrong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projectsWillingness to travel regionally to support client engagements and business development effortsProfessional certifications such as CIH (Certified Industrial Hygienist), CAC (Certified Asbestos Consultant), or PG/PE (Professional Geologist/Engineer) are highly desirableBenefitsOur flexible work environment allows employees to work remotely, when neededFlexible Time Off policyMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401k MatchCommuter BenefitCompany OverviewJ.S.
