[Remote] Senior Project Manager– Healthcare (Medicare Advantage)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Webilent Technology, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong experience in healthcare analytics and operations to support Medicare Advantage programs. This role involves leading cross-functional teams and managing complex data-driven projects to ensure timely delivery of CMS-compliant reporting and analytics solutions.
Responsibilities
• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of healthcare analytics and reporting initiatives supporting Medicare Advantage operations
• Oversee projects involving high-volume claims, enrollment, and encounter data
• Coordinate development and maintenance of CMS-compliant reporting frameworks, ensuring adherence to regulatory timelines and requirements
• Partner with analytics and engineering teams delivering automated reporting and ETL solutions (SQL, Python, SAS environments)
• Manage data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance activities across multiple healthcare data sources
• Serve as the primary liaison between compliance, analytics, engineering, and business stakeholders
• Translate complex data and project status into clear, actionable updates for leadership
• Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans to ensure on-time and accurate delivery
Skills
• 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably within healthcare analytics or Medicare Advantage environments
• Strong understanding of Medicare Advantage claims, enrollment, and encounter data
• Proven experience managing projects supporting CMS regulatory reporting
• Hands-on familiarity with analytics ecosystems using SQL, Python, and ETL-based workflows
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience managing multiple workstreams in fast-paced environments
• Experience with SAS
• Exposure to CMS audits, submissions, or regulatory deadlines
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models
• Background in data modernization or healthcare data platform transformations
