[Remote] Senior Project Manager Healthcare

Our client, Chabez Tech LLC, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in healthcare and IT project delivery to lead multiple cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale healthcare IT and digital transformation projects. • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with stakeholders. • Manage budgets, timelines, resources, and risks effectively. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including clinicians, IT, compliance, and business operations. • Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, data privacy, and security regulations (HIPAA, GDPR where applicable). • Drive adoption of EHR/EMR systems, clinical applications, or healthcare analytics platforms. • Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations. • Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and third-party deliverables. • Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members. • Implement project management best practices, Agile/Waterfall methodologies as appropriate. Skills • 10+ years of project management experience with at least 5 years in the healthcare domain. • Proven success in managing large-scale healthcare IT projects (EHR/EMR, clinical systems, healthcare analytics, telehealth, etc.). • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HL7, ICD-10, FHIR, CMS guidelines). • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification required. Agile/Scrum certification preferred. • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with Epic, Cerner, Meditech, or similar healthcare platforms. • Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7). • Experience in cloud healthcare solutions (Azure/AWS/Google Cloud Platform healthcare services). • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Experience working with payers, providers, and government healthcare programs. Education Requirements • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field (Master s preferred).
