[Remote] Senior Project Manager- Fully Remote

They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to manage multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on-time and within budget while fostering client relationships and leading project teams.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Manage multiple projects within a portfolio, ensuring understanding of organizational goals and priorities
ā¢ Manage project budgets, including forecasting, tracking expenses, and ensuring projects are delivered within budgetary constraints
ā¢ Develop relationships with clients, understanding their goals
ā¢ Identify opportunities for additional business and collaborate with sales team to pursue new projects and opportunities
ā¢ Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, guiding junior team members and fostering their professional development
ā¢ Evaluate risk assessment for complex projects
ā¢ Audit projects to identify risk status
ā¢ Develop and own paths to green resolutions for identified risks
ā¢ Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery processes
ā¢ Implement Lean, Agile, or similar methodologies to enhance team efficiency, reduce rework, and improve project outcomes
ā¢ Lead change management initiatives for client projects involving organizational transformation, process improvements, or technology adoption
ā¢ Facilitate stakeholder engagement and adoption strategies
ā¢ Apply diverse industry experience to provide strategic insights and innovative solutions for complex client challenges
ā¢ Partner with clients to identify operational improvement opportunities beyond project scope
ā¢ Provide strategic consulting to drive business value and long-term client success
Skills
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or similar field
ā¢ 7+ years experience as a Project Manager or similar role within a Professional Services, strategic consulting, or operation management organization
ā¢ 3 - 5 years experience working with AWS Cloud
ā¢ PMI Certifications (e.g. PMP)
ā¢ Agile certifications (e.g. Scrum Master)
ā¢ Process optimization and operational excellence
ā¢ Data analytics and performance metrics (Power BI, business intelligence tools)
ā¢ Organizational change leadership
ā¢ Supply chain and logistics operations
ā¢ ERP/CRM system implementation experience
ā¢ Track record of leading operational transformations and driving measurable business improvements
ā¢ Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder change initiatives
ā¢ Background in strategic consulting or business advisory services
ā¢ Proven ability to optimize processes and implement continuous improvement methodologies
ā¢ Cross-industry experience bringing fresh perspectives to client challenges
ā¢ Executive-level leadership experience with P&L accountability
ā¢ Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
