The Senior Project Manager will oversee cross-functional teams to ensure effective planning and execution of drug development initiatives, managing a high-priority program while collaborating with senior leadership to achieve strategic objectives.ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of the product development plan including activity planning, budgets, schedule adherence, resourcing, and milestone reportingEngage with senior leadership to define project strategies and objectives and provide leadership for complex, multi-faceted projects spanning multiple functional areasSupport alignment of project goals with the company's strategic objectivesActively maintain internal Project Management software (SmartSheet), ensuring consistent accuracy in scheduling, risk assessment, and team data integrityWork with Project Team to develop, maintain, and report all project schedule information and baselines using standardized dashboard reportingFacilitate regular project update meetings with the Project TeamsQuantify associated cost and schedule changes for submission to change managementContribute to integrated project teams across a matrixed organizationDevelop and manage key cross-functional reporting relationships to ensure project information traceability to other systemsProactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project progressionMaintain ongoing communication with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and visibility on project progress and potential challengesAct as key internal contact for projects under your supervisionWork collaboratively with department leadership to ensure all reporting is metManage complex, late-stage, high-priority programs independentlyCoach, review, and delegate work for team members and/or other PMO staffSkillsBachelor's degree in science or life sciences discipline, or equivalent experience in the life science field6+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/drug development/biotechnology industry experience including work on products in Ph1-Ph3 readiness and execution5+ years of project management experience leading multiple projects concurrently, several functions, and across different stages of development5+ years of experience in financial management, including budget management and tracking, forecasting, and resource allocationProficient in at least two key drug development functions, such as clinical operations, manufacturing development, regulatory affairs, or non-clinical developmentDemonstrated experience in managing and coordinating multiple tasks and functional areas within complex projectsProven track record working in cross-functional teams, with the ability to both support and influence the strategic direction of drug development initiativesAbility to ensure alignment between project execution and overarching business strategiesPMP certification is strongly preferredAdvanced knowledge of project scheduling software and tools, with SmartSheet experience preferredBenefitsCompetitive salariesAnnual performance-based bonusesAn equity-based incentive programGenerous vacationPaid wellness daysSupport for learning and developmentHybrid and remote employees located all around the worldCompany OverviewTelix is a global biopharmaceutical company focused on the development and commercialization of radiopharmaceuticals to address significant unmet medical need in oncology and rare diseases.
