The role involves developing project plans, managing budgets, and ensuring project success through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.ResponsibilitiesDevelop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budget allocationDefine project objectives, success criteria, and key performance indicators (KPIs)Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategiesOversee multiple, simultaneous projects and ensure consistency and alignment with C&W Services’ strategy and goals and clearly defined responsibilities and expectationsManage day-to-day project activities, ensuring project milestones and deliverables are achievedDevelop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial performance aligns with project plansFacilitate, develop, and manage project documentation, including statements of work, business cases, project management plans, training materials, budgets, and risk mitigationIdentify, Coordinate and Monitor resource utilization, adjust allocation as needed, and resolve resource conflictsEngage with internal and external stakeholders to help ensure project success criteria are clearly understood and met as expectedEnsure each project team has the tools and resources necessary to meet project deadlinesEffectively communicate with stakeholders to ensure successful project deliveryProvides direct support to functional project teams in the planning and execution of key strategic initiativesImplement project quality assurance processes and ensure adherence to quality standardsProactively identify and manage project risks, developing contingency plans when necessaryConduct regular project reviews and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actionsPublish/present project performance metrics status reports helping inform organization stakeholders of key information needed to inform of project progressAggregate data from multiple projects into a portfolio view and report out as relevant and required for leadership awareness to progressProvide support and mentorship to Project Managers and Project Analysts to support departmental successAssist in and provide guidance and support for change management effortsSeek and identify opportunities for increased collaboration and process improvement through the effective use of business technology solutions to drive business successLeverage opportunities to build relationships, communities, and competencies with business units across Cushman & WakefieldMay have management responsibilities for a small team OR be an individual contributorSkillsBachelor's degree in business management or related field5-7 years of Project Management experienceAbility to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and execute tasks in a fast-paced operating environmentDemonstrated high-level verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey technical issues to non-technical individualsStrong problem analysis and resolution skillsStrong leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skillsDetail oriented and well-organizedMust be proactive, flexible, responsible, and resourcefulAbility to be innovative, creative, and energetic.
