The Implementation Project Lead will be responsible for effectively managing all aspects of AuditBoard’s implementations from sales handoff to system go-live. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop a deep knowledge of our product, and help customers through the implementation lifecycle from kickoff, through design, and user acceptance testingAble to gather and interpret customer requirements and configure the AuditBoard solution to meet their needsServe as a project manager for small, medium, and large AuditBoard implementation projectsMaintain project status and manage client and internal resources to complete project deliverablesAttributes for a Successful Candidate3+ years of experience in a professional services role as a Project Manager, IT Compliance Officer, and/ or experience as an Internal or External AuditorOutgoing personality and the ability to build strong and fast relationships with clientsComfortable and thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can prioritize work, which requires constant learning and adaptabilityExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with emphasis on phone, email, and online communicationsAbility to connect at all levels of the organization using diplomatic communication, influence, and negotiation skillsExcellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skillsAbility to manage own workload with limited oversightIntermediate to expert Excel skillsPrior experience with AuditBoard is a plusBachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is a plusDemonstrated fluency in English, with written and verbal communication skills.The ideal candidate should be able to effectively handle business correspondence, conduct meetings, and create documentation in English
