[Remote] Senior Program Manager – Workforce Solutions & MSP Operations

They are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead client services operations, drive program performance, and serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients managing complex contingent workforce programs.ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain trusted relationships with client sponsors, hiring managers, procurement leaders, and key stakeholdersServe as the primary escalation point for client and supplier issuesConduct regular business reviews, governance meetings, and performance discussionsProvide consultative workforce solutions guidance aligned with client business objectivesDevelop and execute strategic account plans that support growth, retention, and operational excellenceLead and manage all aspects of contingent workforce and MSP program operationsEnsure achievement of all contracted service levels (SLAs), KPIs, and performance metricsOversee requisition management processes utilizing Vendor Management Systems (VMS)Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, compliance, and client satisfactionManage supplier engagement strategies, performance reviews, and optimization initiativesMaintain full accountability for program profitability and P&L performanceMonitor workforce spend, headcount trends, supplier performance, and program metricsLead budget planning and financial reviewsDevelop cost-saving initiatives and workforce optimization strategiesDirectly manage Program Managers, Client Services Professionals, Coordinators, and support staffRecruit, hire, train, mentor, and develop high-performing teamsConduct performance evaluations, career development planning, and coaching initiativesTranslate organizational strategy into actionable goals and performance expectationsEnsure compliance with labor and employment laws, client policies, and workforce regulationsMaintain program documentation, SOPs, governance materials, and audit readinessOversee supplier compliance, system audits, and workforce governance initiativesSkillsBachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experienceMinimum 7 years of leadership experience within: Workforce Solutions, Managed Service Provider (MSP) Programs, Contingent Workforce Management, Staffing Operations, Human Capital SolutionsProven experience managing operational and financial performance, including P&L accountabilityExperience leading onsite, remote, or enterprise workforce programsStrong consultative client-facing experience with senior-level stakeholdersMinimum 5 years of experience utilizing Vendor Management Systems (VMS)Strong proficiency with: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, VisioExperience with leading VMS platforms and workforce management technologiesAbility to quickly learn proprietary systems and reporting toolsCCWP (Certified Contingent Workforce Professional) CertificationExperience supporting enterprise-level contingent workforce programsExperience leading supplier management and workforce optimization initiativesKnowledge of workforce analytics, reporting, and dashboard developmentCompany OverviewK3-Innovations is redefining clinical research with a strategic scaling approach, blending AI-powered automation, adaptive clinical resourcing, and advanced data science.
