• Fluent command of English and Spanish
• Proven experience in freight dispatching (cargo vans, sprinter vans, box trucks, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of technology and digital tools (load boards, GPS, mobile apps, online systems)
• Excellent professional attitude, clear communication, and reliability
• Ability to work independently and results-oriented
• Responsibilities
• Dispatching and real-time tracking of loads
• Constant communication with drivers and customers
• Efficient management of routes, schedules, and documentation
• Use of digital platforms and tracking systems
• Professional handling and resolution of issues
