[Remote] Senior Program Manager – IBM Maximo MAS / Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead strategic IBM Maximo MAS initiatives within a large-scale infrastructure environment, driving the successful delivery of asset management programs while collaborating with various teams.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of IBM Maximo MAS implementation and enhancement projectsWork closely with Infrastructure Management, Capital Delivery, Architecture, and Operations teams to ensure project alignment and feasibilityApply expertise in asset lifecycle management, capacity planning, and infrastructure operationsManage project governance, stakeholder communications, risk management, reporting, and executive-level updatesFacilitate workshops, requirements gathering, process documentation, and decision-making activitiesSupport data-driven decision-making through dashboards, reporting, and performance analyticsSkills10+ years of Project Management experience within infrastructure, transportation, utilities, or other asset-intensive industriesProven experience delivering IBM Maximo MAS or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutionsStrong understanding of asset lifecycle management and maintenance processesExperience working within structured project governance frameworks (PMO, PMBOK, Stage-Gate)Exceptional stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and analytical skillsExperience with Jira, MS Project, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, Microsoft Office Suite, and reporting toolsExperience with Maximo MAS modules including Manage, Health, Transportation, Civil, and MobileExperience integrating Maximo with ERP, GIS, SCADA, or enterprise data platformsExperience supporting rail infrastructure or other linear asset environmentsKnowledge of reliability engineering, condition-based maintenance, and performance analyticsCertifications such as PMP, IBM Maximo Certification, IAM, or ISO 55000Company OverviewLumen Solutions Inc., is a dynamic small and minority-owned, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise headquartered in Virginia, USA.
