The Senior Program Analyst provides advanced analytical and program management support to ensure the successful execution of complex programs, leading evaluations, managing deliverables, and coordinating with stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, execution, and evaluation of medium-sized programs or projectsApply advanced principles, theories, and concepts to solve diverse and complex program challengesDevelop and manage program plans, schedules, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goalsMonitor program performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomesConduct cost-benefit analyses, risk assessments, and performance evaluations to support decision-makingCollect, analyze, and interpret program data to identify trends, risks, and opportunitiesDevelop detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings to leadership and stakeholdersEnsure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of data used in program evaluations and reportingServe as a primary point of contact for program-related inquiries and issuesFacilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholdersRepresent the organization in meetings, forums, and workshops, providing updates and insights on program progressBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other key stakeholdersIdentify opportunities to optimize program processes and improve efficiencyContribute to the development and implementation of best practices, lessons learned, and innovative solutionsSupport organizational change initiatives by recommending and implementing process improvementsLead tasks and activities within medium-scope projects, ensuring successful execution and deliveryProvide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering professional growth and developmentCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of program activitiesContribute to departmental and organizational planning efforts by providing insights and recommendationsSupport the development of long-term strategies to achieve program and organizational objectivesParticipate in the preparation of business cases, proposals, and strategic roadmapsSkillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Data Analytics, or a related field4+ years of experience in program analysis, project management, or a related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insightsProficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to stakeholdersAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentStrong experience with data analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Python for data analysis)Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2)Experience conducting cost-benefit analyses, risk assessments, or ROI evaluationsFamiliarity with federal or state government program management processesKnowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and their applicationExperience leading cross-functional teams or managing small projects independentlyStrong technical writing skills for developing program documentation, proposals, and reportsBenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits package.Exceptional career growth.Cutting edge technology.Educational opportunities.Recognition for quality work.Company OverviewConcurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC) was first known as Metalworking Technology Inc., (MTI), a subsidiary of the University of It was founded in 1986, and is headquartered in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, USA, with a workforce of 201-500 employees.
