[Remote] Senior Product Owner – Customer Experience Digital Platforms (Salesforce CRM Ecosystem)

SPECTRAFORCE is seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to drive the delivery of digital customer experience solutions across the Omnipod ecosystem. The ideal candidate will act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into user stories and ensuring successful delivery through Agile methodologies.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand desired business outcomes and drive features through the development lifecycle to achieve those outcomesConvert features into user stories, documenting comprehensive requirements and acceptance criteriaBuild and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with product vision, goals, and prioritiesPartner with UI/UX teams on usability studies to incorporate the voice of the customer into product featuresManage sprint scope and escalate issues as neededEnsure on-time delivery of features within each sprintServe as the Product Subject Matter Expert (SME), translating business ideas into solutions and featuresProvide input on functional solution architecture and design; technical understanding of the product platforms is a plusContribute to Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, user story grooming, and estimation activitiesCollaborate with QA and IT teams to ensure code is reviewed, tested for functionality and security, and meets the Definition of Done (DoD)Work with other Product Owners to maintain alignment across the Omnipod EcosystemIdentify and escalate risks, including security and regulatory concernsFacilitate risk assessments and validation activities with business stakeholders; GxP validation experience is a plusSkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience3+ years of Product Owner experience utilizing Agile methodologiesStrong experience in Product Ownership, Agile/Scrum practices, stakeholder management, and Salesforce ecosystem platforms such as SFDC CRM, Salesforce Communities, and Marketing CloudFamiliarity with tools and platforms such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, and other software development technologiesExperience working within global cross-functional teams, including QA, marketing, development, and business stakeholdersStrong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiencesSelf-motivated, flexible, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneouslyExcellent organizational and planning skills, including short-term execution and long-term roadmap planningPositive, results-driven, analytical, and collaborative mindsetPassion for continuous process improvement and best practicesAbility to adapt in a fast-paced and changing environmentDemonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomesStrong desire to support and empower teams to succeedConfidence to challenge and advise stakeholders, including senior leadershipExperience with SFDC CRM, SFDC Communities, Drupal, and Marketing Cloud preferredTechnical understanding of the product platforms is a plusGxP validation experience is a plusCompany OverviewFounded in 2004, SPECTRAFORCE® is a global staffing and workforce solutions company that helps organizations build high-performing teams across healthcare, technology, financial services, engineering, and professional services.
