This role involves translating product strategy into messaging and go-to-market plans, while working with various teams to enhance market impact and support successful launches and campaigns.ResponsibilitiesOwn product positioning and messaging for the Acceleration business, including core narratives, value propositions, and persona-based messagingDevelop competitive differentiation and market-facing content that clearly communicates business value and product strengthsPartner with Product Management to shape roadmap storytelling and translate capabilities into customer-ready messagingSupport pricing, packaging, and strategic planning discussions with market insight and customer perspectiveLead go-to-market planning for launches, releases, and campaigns that support pipeline growth and customer adoptionCreate launch strategies, messaging frameworks, and cross-functional plans in partnership with Product, Sales, Demand Gen, and Corporate CommunicationsEnsure launch execution is aligned across internal teams and reflected consistently across web, sales, and campaign assetsDevelop enablement content including pitch decks, messaging guides, sales plays, competitive battlecards, and launch materialsEquip field and partner teams with the tools, messaging, and training needed to position the Acceleration business effectivelyEnsure all content is clear, reusable, and aligned with overall company positioning and strategic prioritiesMonitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform positioning and strategyTrack the impact of launches, messaging, and enablement efforts, and use insights to continuously improve performanceProvide regular recommendations to leadership on market opportunities, risks, and priorities for the businessSkills8+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or a related go-to market role within networking, SaaS, or enterprise technologyProven success owning positioning, messaging, launches, and sales enablement for complex technology solutionsStrong ability to translate technical capabilities into clear, differentiated business value for multiple audiencesExperience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Demand Gen, Communications, and executive stakeholdersStrong understanding of go-to-market planning, portfolio storytelling, and content development across the buyer journeyExperience developing enablement assets such as sales plays, pitch decks, competitive materials, launch kits, and messaging frameworksAnalytical and strategic mindset with the ability to use market data and performance insights to guide decisionsExceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence across teams and levelsStrong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentSelf-starter with high ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to drive outcomes independentlyBenefitsFlexible workplace policiesEmployee resource groupsLearning and development resourcesCareer progression pathwaysCommunity engagement initiativesGlobal employee wellness programs crafted to support the physical, emotional, and financial well-being of our employeesBenefits & Perks vary by CountryCompany OverviewRiverbed Technology is an information technology company that develops network and application performance software.
