They are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own the go-to-market strategy and execution for assigned platform areas, ensuring alignment with commercial outcomes and driving measurable revenue impact.ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end go-to-market strategy and execution for assigned platform areas, from product conception through adoption, driving cross-functional alignment and commercial outcomesPartner with Product to define positioning strategy, messaging frameworks, and competitive positioning that inform all GTM executionLead cross-functional GTM planning with Product, Sales/CX, and Marketing - translating product roadmaps and market insights into commercially impactful programsDirect and execute sales enablement strategyâbuilding, managing, and continuously optimizing the enablement library including pitch decks, ROI calculators, competitive battle cards, objection-handling guides, demo scripts, and solution briefsDevelop and deliver internal training and sales kickoffs to equip Sales and Client Success teams on new products, positioning updates, and competitive dynamicsDefine and track GTM KPIs including pipeline contribution, win rates, deal velocity, sales enablement adoption, and content utilizationMentor and collaborate with PMM and supporting teams on GTM strategy, competitive positioning, and best practices in launch executionPerform other duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required; or equivalent combination of education and experience6â9 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS required, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead PMM capacityDemonstrated expertise developing and executing go-to-market strategies for complex, multi-stakeholder software solutionsTrack record building high-quality sales enablement programs that measurably improve sales productivity and win ratesProven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational alignment on GTM strategyExpert-level command of product marketing disciplines: positioning, messaging, competitive strategy, persona development, and launch executionStrong ability to drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Sales, and Marketing in a fast-growth environmentExceptional communication skillsâequally adept at executive-level storytelling and detailed content creationProficiency with project management and content tools (Asana, Notion, Google Workspace, etc.)Data-driven approach with experience using analytics to measure and optimize GTM program performanceDeep understanding of financial institution buyer dynamics, including credit union and community bank decision-making processesProficiency with Asana and project management tools for orchestrating complex cross-functional initiativesMBA or equivalent experience preferredFintech, financial services, or banking technology experience strongly preferredBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insuranceA 401(k) with company matchFlexible PTO plus 12 paid holidaysPaid sick leavePaid parental and family leaveA lifestyle spending accountTuition reimbursementA cell phone stipendCompany OverviewLumin Digital provides cloud-native digital banking solutions, helping financial institutions enhance user experience and engagement.
