They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of the Secure File Gateway, collaborating with engineering, sales, and marketing to translate customer needs into a high-impact security offering.ResponsibilitiesOwn the product strategy and roadmap for Secure File Gateway and ICAP Server, aligning customer needs, market trends, and business prioritiesDrive product adoption and growth by improving usability, performance, scalability, and integration within enterprise security stacksLead market and competitive analysis across ICAP, proxy, secure web gateway, and inline inspection technologies to identify differentiation opportunitiesTranslate customer feedback, field insights, and usage data into clear requirements and prioritize initiativesPartner deeply with engineering to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable capabilities—balancing innovation with operational excellenceCollaborate with sales, sales engineering, marketing, and customer success on go-to-market strategy, launches, and enablementSupport strategic opportunities by participating in customer conversations, technical positioning, and complex deal cyclesDefine and track success metrics tied to adoption, customer value, and platform performanceAct as the voice of the customer, ensuring ICAP continues to meet the expectations of regulated and mission-critical environmentsSkillsStrong understanding of ICAP, proxy technologies, secure web gateways, networking fundamentals, and content inspection workflowsProven experience owning roadmaps, writing high-quality requirements, and working closely with engineering teams to ship enterprise-grade softwareExperience engaging directly with enterprise customers, gathering structured feedback, and incorporating real-world security use cases into product decisionsComfort collaborating with sales and marketing on positioning, launches, and adoptionClear, confident communicator who can align stakeholders across product, engineering, and GTM teams—and represent the product externally when needed3–5 years of product management experience in B2B software, ideally within cybersecurity, networking, or infrastructure platformsExperience with platform or integrated product portfolios is highly valuedExperience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles is a strong plusCustomer-First Mindset – You instinctively start with customer pain and translate it into pragmatic, high-impact product decisionsStrategic Curiosity – You're eager to explore adjacent technologies and help evolve ICAP into its next phase as a modern, proxy-focused security platformExecution Bias – You balance long-term vision with consistent delivery, creating momentum through meaningful, incremental improvementsGlobal Collaboration – Comfortable working with distributed teams and contributing to a globally aligned product organizationCompany OverviewOPSWAT is a Critical Infrastructure Protection CIP Cybersecurity for ICS and OT environments It was founded in 2002, and is headquartered in Tampa, Florida, USA, with a workforce of 501-1000 employees.
