Responsibilities:
Ā Delivering exceptional care to dedicated clients in their homes
Ā Assisting with executing comprehensive personalized weekly schedules and care plans
Ā Completing daily tasks in a safe and professional manner, including Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Ā Providing personal companionship and ongoing social and emotional support
Ā Assisting with personal care activities such as hygiene, mobility assistance, and meal preparation
Ā Ensuring order, safety, and client enjoyment at all times
Ā Providing transportation to and from appointments as needed
Ā Handling administrative functions such as documentation and reporting changes in clients' conditions
Qualifications:
Ā Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) Certification or Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)
Ā Experience with Alzheimer's or dementia care
Ā Valid Basic Life Support Training (CPR)
Ā TB screening/PPD chest X-ray
Ā Must have a valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation
Ā Empathy, compassion, and kindness are a must
Ā Ability to use sound judgment and remain calm in various situations
Ā Reliability, dependability, and punctuality are essential
Ā Basic computer skills and technical savviness
Ā Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
Ā Ability to pass a background check and provide references
