[Remote] Senior Product Manager I - Interoperability Solutions

As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead product strategy for interoperability solutions aimed at EHR customers, collaborating closely with various teams to enhance healthcare integration and data utility.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for one or more key market segments, cultivating deep domain expertise in their interoperability needsDefine and document clear business requirements for new features, ensuring alignment with relevant regulations that solve customer pain points (e.g. CMS Regulations for certified EHRs, HTI-4, CMS Interoperability Framework, CMS-0057, TEFCA, etc.)Partner closely with Engineering and Design to align commercial intent with technical feasibility, development plans, and user experienceDefine and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), using data analytics and user feedback to inform product strategy and measure adoption/successSpearhead product positioning & core messaging that resonates with target buyers and customer segments for current productsIdentify new bets to make in the space of interoperabilityPartner with Marketing on launch strategies, including content development (white papers, case studies, blogs), and release plansServe as a thought leader to position Redox as an interoperability platform partner, supporting Sales Enablement through training, pitch materials, competitive battle cards, and product demonstrations for strategic customersParticipate in a cross-functional group that discusses the impact of regulatory changes/shifts on the business & our customers, e.g DaVinci implementation guidesDevelops strategies that are commensurate with impactPlans for product enhancements to support current and future customers in the interop spaceSkills5+ years of Product Management experience in a B2B SaaS software company, ideally in the Healthcare technology spaceDemonstrated success in bringing B2B SaaS products to market, including owning market segmentation, GTM strategy, and supporting pipeline generationStrong understanding of enterprise software, SaaS business models, and complex B2B sales cyclesStrong knowledge of FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources)Technical aptitude with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teamsStrong communication and critical thinking skills to articulate complex issues clearly and drive progress in ambiguous or uncertain situationsBalances day-to-day execution with strategic, long-term thinking, anticipating future possibilities and impacts on the businessBuilds consensus and gains commitment by providing sound rationale for recommendations that effectively address stakeholder needs and concerns, including C-SuiteUplevels how we work with a focus and interest in contributing to a strong product management cultureExperience with FHIRExperience with EHRsPreferred: Jira, Confluence, Slack, Google suite, Productboard (or similar)Benefits100% remote first culture (must be based in the US)Unlimited Flexible Time Off15+ Observed HolidaysRest & R^Charge days (guaranteed a 3-day weekend each month)R^Charge (6 weeks paid sabbatical + stipend)401k match 50% for up to 8% on Day 1Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits on Day 1HSA & FSA, Life, Disability, Medical Travel & Employee Assistance ProgramPaid Parental Leave (16 weeks)Productivity Stipend & Wellness FundRedox Issued MacBookVirtual and/or in-person Team & Company EventsStock OptionsEmployee Referral Bonus ProgramCompany OverviewRedox is an EHR integration and healthcare platform that accelerates the development and distribution of healthcare software solutions.
