[Remote] Senior Product Manager (Healthcare Data Products)

The Senior Product Manager will manage key partner and platform integration products, leading cross-functional teams and developing strategies to enhance product offerings in the healthcare market.ResponsibilitiesDevelop business cases to justify investment required to build, partner or buyBe the trusted thought leader for your product area; being the ‘voice of the market/customer’ within Inovalon and externally with customer interactions and eventsBuild and maintain roadmap for products and work with cross-functional teams to deliver a unified product plan to the marketWork with Marketing and Sales to define the go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and pricing strategiesDevelop, drive and coordinate complex product priorities in a fast-paced environment with intra-team and inter-team dependenciesDevelop and implement a company-wide commercialization and launch plan for the products within the product line, working with all departments and the Product PMO to executeTranslate product strategy into requirements and prototypes, and then work with architects, developers and customers to implement these featuresServe as a product evangelist with Marketing, Sales, and the go-to-market organization to confirm the vision, roadmap and best practices are understoodAnalyze and manage to product metrics/KPI’s that inform the success of your products in the marketMaintain compliance with Inovalon’s policies, procedures and mission statementAdhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon’s Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the positionFulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the CompanyUphold responsibilities relative to the separation of duties for applicable processes and procedures within your job function; andWe reserve the right to change this job description from time to time as business needs dictate and will provide notice of suchSkillsMinimum of 8 years of Software Product Management experience managing platform or integration productsMinimum of 5 years of healthcare information technology experience with a focus on partner integration productsProven to perform strategically and execute operationallyProven track record of leading cross-functional teams from product concept to reference customersProven track record of creating and launching new productsMinimum of 3 years' experience in Agile development methodologiesSaaS or cloud software experienceProficient in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPointSelf-motivated with strong organizational/prioritization skills and ability to multi-task with close attention to detailExcellent written and oral presentation skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentBA/BS DegreeClinical trials experience preferredExperience with Pragmatic Marketing or Certified in Pragmatic MarketingBenefitsPerformance-based incentivesHealth insuranceLife insuranceCompany-paid disability401k18+ days of paid time offCompany OverviewA technology company combining data analytics and targeted interventions to achieve meaningful impact across the healthcare landscape.
