Responsibilities
Ā The Policy Administration team is responsible for responding to member and partner policy inquiries, policy changes and updates; including changes in name, address and social security information.
Ā The team also processes beneficiary changes and changes in policy ownership. The team handles requests for duplicate quarterly or annual statements, duplicate policy contracts.
Ā They also respond to inquiries regarding policy values and historical policy data.
Ā Processing a large number of transactions daily
Ā Little to no front line contact with members or agents
