They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Data Curation Pipeline team, responsible for modernizing healthcare data pipelines and defining product strategy to enhance data quality and usability.ResponsibilitiesDefine and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Data Curation Pipeline teamLead the modernization of healthcare data pipelines that ingest and transform raw claims, prescription, and EHR data into standardized enterprise datasetsIdentify opportunities to improve data quality, scalability, usability, speed, and downstream product readinessPartner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into product priorities and roadmap decisionsBalance short-term delivery needs with long-term platform and data product strategyOwn and manage the team backlog, ensuring clear prioritization of high-impact initiatives, technical enablers, defects, and enhancementsTranslate business, operational, technical, and data requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, business requirements, and process flowsServe as the primary product point of contact for engineering, architecture, and cross-functional stakeholdersResolve requirement conflicts, clarify priorities, and support the team in delivering high-quality outcomesDefine acceptance criteria and participate in user acceptance testing and release validationEnsure delivered solutions meet quality, usability, and business value expectationsWork closely with software developers, data engineers, architects, QA, analytics teams, and business in complex, data-intensive environmentsStrong experience translating ambiguous business and technical needs into clear product requirements and prioritized backlogsExperience working closely with Agile software development and/or data engineering teamsProficiency with Jira or other product and Agile project management toolsExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsStrong
