They are seeking a Senior Product Manager for Customer Insights to own the product area end-to-end, build user-facing experiences, and define AI-native insights that drive renewals and product expansion.ResponsibilitiesOwn product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Customer Insights from data model through customer-facing experienceDefine the usage data layer in partnership with Engineering and Data including the metrics that anchor renewal and expansion narrativesEvolve customer-accessible audit logs to be enterprise readyDefine Mural's POV on AI-native insights and ship the first set of AI-powered capabilities on this surfacePartner with Sales and Customer Success to translate insights into the narratives that win renewals and unlock expansionEngage directly with enterprise Admins, IT, and Security stakeholders to validate priorities and stress-test the roadmapCo-own the seams with Admin & IAM and Enterprise Security PMs so the insights surface composes cleanly with permissions, access controls, and compliance postureTranslate ambiguous business questions into clear product surfacesSkills4+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 building analytics, reporting, or data products for a business or admin audienceStrong data fluency from shaping data models, instrumentation strategy, and can hold your own with engineers on freshness, granularity, aggregation, and pipeline tradeoffsAI product sense from using AI tools regularly, and can hold a real point of view on what AI-native data products look likeA track record of turning ambiguous business questions into clear product surfacesExperience partnering with Sales and Customer Success on renewal and expansion narrativesExcellent communication across data, design, engineering, and revenue-facing stakeholdersExperience with enterprise admin or governance products (IAM, security, compliance, audit)Background in BI, analytics platforms, or data productsExperience designing customer-facing APIs for analytics and reportingBenefitsBonusBenefitsCompany OverviewMural is a collaborative intelligence company generating effective ideation, innovation, alignment, and team building.
