[Remote] Senior Product Manager

The Senior Product Manager will identify product opportunities and enhancements based on client needs, bridging the gap between technical teams and business goals while overseeing products with significant technical complexity.ResponsibilitiesEnsure that technical solutions meet business needs and user requirements. Drive innovation by understanding technical constraints and opportunitiesBuild and maintain the Product Roadmap at N+3 backlog status at all times with clearly articulated and prioritized technical product requirements/user storiesInteract directly with end-user clients to understand and translate their business needsRepresent RealPage as a Subject Matter Expert on competitive analysis and technical challenges within the Background Screening industryAssess and address technical risks. Understand and analyze data pipelines, algorithms, and automated systems to identify and deliver improved capabilitiesUse database queries to analyze performance indicators, evaluate data trends, and identify areas for improvementExplore new ways of improving existing services and products as a way of increasing profitabilityProvide product training, research documentation, and training material to sales & support teams to enable them to successfully sell and deliver the productCoordinate product releases with the marketing, sales, development, support, and customer success teamsRepresent RealPage, internally and externally, in a positive and professional mannerSkills5+ years experience at a software technology or SaaS company, preferably with a technical backgroundExperience with the following products/platforms: Product Management tools such as Azure TFS, Jira, Infrastructure and Integrations, Full stack software development, SQL, CoPilot, ClaudeUnderstanding of engineering processes and technologies.
