[Remote] Senior Product Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Optomi, in partnership with a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Product Manager for a 100% remote opportunity. This Sr. Product Manager will be responsible for delivering new product features and enhancements, defining functional and non-functional requirements, managing backlog prioritization, and coordinating execution across multiple initiatives.ResponsibilitiesDefine and document functional and non-functional requirements for new product features and enhancementsWrite and manage requirements, user stories, and documentation within JIRA and ConfluencePartner with product, engineering, design, architecture, data, and business stakeholders to identify dependencies and drive prioritizationManage backlog execution and support multiple initiatives across a broader program structureCollect and communicate bi-weekly status updates across initiatives and provide visibility to program leadershipIdentify risks, blockers, and open items while driving resolution plans and execution oversightCollaborate throughout the Agile development lifecycle to support successful product delivery and releasesBring ownership, organization, and structure to complex initiatives in a fast-paced environmentSkills6–9+ years of product management experienceStrong experience writing functional and non-functional requirements in JIRA and ConfluenceExperience working within Agile and scaled product delivery environmentsProven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders across product, engineering, architecture, design, data, and business teamsExperience identifying and resolving risks, blockers, and dependenciesStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to bring structure to ambiguityExperience supporting customer-facing or market-facing product releasesBanking industry experience requiredExperience with backend systems, API's, or integrationsExperience within the credit card or co-branded card space preferredExposure to data-driven product environments preferredExperience working within large enterprise organizations preferredBenefitsRemote opportunity!
