The role involves creating collaboration workflows to enhance team productivity and communication, with a strong emphasis on user experience design.ResponsibilitiesUses AI to gather customer research, generate surveys and tests, and turn insight into clear UXPrototypes flows, interactions, and logic using Claude Code, Cursor, for rapid iteration with customers and internal stakeholder alignmentCreates high-fidelity UI prototypes that push aesthetics, animation, and visual quality beyond what manual craft alone allowsAutomates handoffs to engineering via Figma or vibecoded prototypes built with Claude Code or CursorConduct user research to gain deep insights into user behaviors, pain points, and needs in the collaboration spaceCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and researchers, to define product strategy and roadmap for the collaboration experienceCreate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and interaction modelsConduct usability testing and gather feedback from users to iterate and improve designsWork closely with front-end developers to ensure the design vision is implemented to the highest standardSkillsMinimum of 5 years of experience in product design, with a focus on collaboration or communication productsStrong portfolio demonstrating a track record of successfully designing and launching impactful collaboration experiencesProficient in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or OrigamiDeep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologiesAbility to think strategically and translate user insights into innovative design solutionsStrong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiencesFluent with AI tools in your day-to-day design practice.
