[Remote] Senior Product Designer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Phare Health is seeking a Senior Product Designer to help shape and scale a new product in revenue cycle management (RCM). This role involves collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to define and deliver complex workflows while evolving an existing product and developing a new AI-enabled offering.ResponsibilitiesHelp shape and scale a new product, one of our most critical enterprise platforms in revenue cycle management (RCM)Partner closely with Product and Engineering to define and deliver complex, high-impact workflowsEvolve a large, multi-surface product already in production while helping stand up a new client-facing, AI-enabled offeringSkills7–10+ years in Product Design / UX DesignA portfolio demonstrating enterprise UX, complex workflow design, end-to-end ownership, and clear, outcome-driven problem framingDeep expertise in Figma and modern design toolingExperience designing for data-dense, workflow-heavy environmentsAbility to independently drive user research and discoveryStrong cross-functional communication and collaborationExperience building high-fidelity prototypes outside FigmaHTML / CSS / JavaScript fundamentals; React familiarity preferredComfort in dev-adjacent workflows (e.g., VS Code) and AI-assisted prototyping (e.g., Claude / code-gen tools)A working understanding of how design translates into front-end architecture and component systemsEnterprise SaaS, fintech, or complex B2B platform experienceDesign-system contributionStartup or early-stage product experienceExposure to AI-enabled product experiencesBenefitsCompetitive benefits packageCompany OverviewPhare Health transforms the back office of healthcare, making it more efficient, accurate, and resillient.
