They are seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of the patient experience across web and mobile platforms, ensuring high conversion rates and user satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end UX of the patient journey — intake, checkout, onboarding, patient portal, subscription management, and mobile app across all surfacesHigh-conversion flow design: intake questionnaires, product selection, checkout, refill, and subscription management — optimizing relentlessly against CVR, refill rate, and NPSRugiet's design system — building, maintaining, and evolving a component library, design tokens, and interaction standards that scale across products and engineeringA/B and multivariate test design in partnership with Growth — design variants, interpret results, ship winnersUX research and usability testing — synthesizing session recordings, heatmaps, NPS comments, and patient interviews into prioritized improvementsDesign-to-engineering handoff — pixel-perfect Figma files, Dev Mode specs, and active build QA to ensure precision implementationCross-functional design leadership — bringing patient empathy and UX rigor to Product, Engineering, Growth, and Lifecycle conversationsSkills8+ years of product design with a portfolio demonstrating mastery of interaction design and visual UI — flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity screens across web and mobileExpert Figma proficiency — components, auto-layout, variables, prototyping, and Dev Mode; you use Figma the way engineers use their IDEProven track record designing high-conversion DTC or subscription consumer flows with measurable outcomes you can speak toExperience building or owning a design system — not just using oneWCAG 2.1 AA accessibility depth and data fluency — you interpret funnels, session recordings, and A/B results to evolve designsStrong design-engineering collaboration — you speak in tokens, component states, and responsive breakpointsPortfolio required.
