What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and in compliance with all regulations
- Audit payroll to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Calculate and process multi-state adjustments, bonus taxation, and retroactive adjustments
- Generate payroll reports for management and regulatory agencies
- Provide customer service for payroll inquiries and resolve complex payroll issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience processing high-volume multi-state payrolls
- At least 3 years of recent experience using Workday Payroll; experience with Time and Attendance is a plus
- BachelorÂs degree in Accounting or Finance is desirable
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and multitask
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with payroll journal entries in accounting software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
