Remote Senior Payroll Accountant

KeyLogic has an immediate need for a Senior Payroll Accountant. The position can be remote.
Position Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 5-7 years' of experience
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Minimum of 3 years of experience processing multi-state payroll
• High attention to detail
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Experience with ADP WorkForceNow
• Experience with Costpoint
• Government Contracting experience
Position Responsibilities:
• Process multi-jurisdiction semi-monthly payroll for 300+ employees using ADP WorkForceNow:
• Prepare and submit error free payroll processing
• Complete all associated payroll entries
• Set up all new state withholding, unemployment, and other tax related accounts, when necessary
• Manage all payroll related audits and information requests
• Costpoint Timekeeping System Maintenance and Support:
• Ensure all employee timesheets are completed and processed accurately and in a timely manner
• Main point of contact for support to employees utilizing the Costpoint timekeeping system
• Assist with Month Close activities:
• Reconciliations
• Journal Entries
• Reporting
• Assist with corporate audits
• Other duties as assigned
