We're looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager to own the strategy, execution, and optimization of 8x8's global paid media program, turning budget into qualified demand across various platforms.ResponsibilitiesOwn the playbook. Build and execute the global paid media strategy across search, social, display, ABM, and retargeting — aligned to MQL, pipeline, and CAC targetsAllocate the budget. Manage a multi-million dollar annual paid media budget. Set channel mix, forecast performance, and reallocate fast when the data tells you toDrive the engine. Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Influ2, Demandbase/6sense, Bing, Reddit, YouTube, and programmatic display partnersPower ABM. Partner with Campaigns and Sales to run 1:1 and 1:few ABM motions targeting our top 500 accounts across CCaaS, UCaaS, and CPaaS segmentsTest relentlessly. Design and run A/B and multivariate tests on creative, audiences, bidding, and landing pages. Document wins, share losses, and turn both into the next testMeasure what matters. Build dashboards in Tableau and Salesforce that connect spend to pipeline. Report weekly on CPL, CPMQL, CPO, ROAS, and pipeline efficiency — and tell the story behind the numbersPartner across the org. Brief Web Strategy on landing page needs, work with Brand on creative, sync with PMM on messaging, and keep the SDR/AE teams in the loop on what's coming through the funnelManage agencies and vendors. Hold our paid media agency, programmatic partners, and platform reps accountable to performance, transparency, and timelinesBring fresh thinking. Stay ahead of the curve on generative AI ad tools, signal-based targeting, privacy-first measurement, and emerging channels. Pitch what's nextSkills7+ years of B2B paid media experience, ideally in SaaS, enterprise software, or CCaaS/UCaaSDeep hands-on expertise across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Influ2, and programmatic platforms. You've personally built campaigns — not just briefed themA proven track record managing Multi-millions in annual paid media spend with clear pipeline outcomesStrong analytical chops. Comfortable in Salesforce, Tableau, GA4, and a marketing automation platform (Marketo preferred)Fluency with attribution models — first-touch, multi-touch, MMM — and a point of view on which one to use whenExperience supporting an ABM motion (Demandbase or 6sense) and integrating intent signals into paid targetingSharp writing instincts.
