They are seeking a NetSuite Senior Financial Implementation Consultant to lead and support the implementation of NetSuite ERP solutions, helping clients streamline financial operations and improve business processes.ResponsibilitiesLead and support full lifecycle implementations of core and advanced NetSuite solutions, including relevant add-on productsCollaborate with project managers and client stakeholders on solution design, system configuration, training, go-live planning, documentation, and ongoing supportProvide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting, user guidance, and training to promote adoption and long-term successApply and champion the Sikich Project Implementation Methodology to deliver consistent, high-quality client outcomesObtain and maintain relevant NetSuite certifications to support continued professional growth and delivery excellenceSkills3+ years of full lifecycle NetSuite implementation experience6+ years of ERP implementation, financial systems, or accounting experienceBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldStrong accounting or financial systems background requiredHands-on experience with NetSuite accounting modules and OneWorld is requiredIntercompany and Taxation experience includedDemonstrated experience implementing NetSuite Record-to-Report and Procure-to-Pay business process flowsExperience configuring NetSuite Electronic Bank Payments module (including SFTP and ABSI SuiteApps) and other third-party payment applications is requiredExperience implementing NetSuite Fixed Assets, amortization and allocation processes, and Revenue Recognition is requiredExtensive experience configuring and supporting NetSuite workflows using SuiteFlow is requiredHands-on experience with Multi-Book and SuiteBilling is a plusExcellent client relationship, organizational, and prioritization skillsPrevious biotech or public accounting experience is a plusPrior consulting experience is strongly preferredNetSuite certifications are a plusBenefitsSikich maintains a Flexible Time Off (FTO) Policy.
