Pavago is seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Senior Marketing Coordinator to support marketing operations and executive coordination. The role involves managing CRM workflows, content coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day business execution in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day executive operations, scheduling, and administrative coordinationManage calendars, communication workflows, and task follow-throughMaintain organized project tracking sheets and operational systemsProactively identify workflow gaps, bottlenecks, or missed follow-upsHelp leadership stay organized, prioritized, and execution-focusedCreate, design, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and community platformsManage social media engagement, direct messages, comments, and audience interactionTrack engagement metrics and maintain organized reporting dashboardsSupport advertising campaign setup and marketing execution for events or programsMaintain brand consistency across all content and communication channelsEdit and produce short-form videos, graphics, and branded content assetsOrganize and format program materials including guides, scripts, worksheets, and digital resourcesSupport webinar, program, or membership coordination as neededEnsure content assets remain organized, updated, and easy to accessBuild and manage email workflows using GoHighLevel or similar CRM platformsExecute outreach campaigns, nurture sequences, and participant follow-upsMaintain clean CRM records, pipeline tracking, and lead organizationEnsure no lead, participant, or customer communication falls through the cracksConduct research to build Ideal Client Profiles (ICPs) and prospect listsSupport outbound lead generation and outreach initiativesAssist with minor website updates, account setup tasks, and platform coordinationCompile reports and insights to support leadership decision-makingMaintain professional written communication across email, Slack, and client interactionsManage inbox organization and prioritize urgent communication appropriatelyKeep shared folders, documentation, and digital systems structured and organizedSkillsExperience in executive assistance, marketing coordination, operations support, or digital marketing support rolesExperience supporting founders, coaches, consultants, or entrepreneurial businesses preferredStrong proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)Experience using GoHighLevel or similar CRM/marketing automation platformsProficiency with Canva and video editing tools (Veed, OpusClips, CapCut, or similar)Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram managementExcellent written English communication skills with strong attention to detailHighly organized with strong multitasking and execution abilitySelf-motivated and capable of working independently in remote environmentsStrong follow-through and operational disciplineExperience with lead generation or outbound prospect researchFamiliarity with webinar, coaching, or membership-based businessesExperience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or TrelloBasic understanding of paid advertising and campaign coordinationExperience supporting personal brands or founder-led businessesCompany OverviewPavago - Thinking Globally to Grow Locally 🌍 Welcome to Pavago, where the world is your talent pool.
