About the RoleFully remote | Full-time | Employee (W2) | Flexible hoursBirth Control Pharmacist is dedicated to promoting public health services and advocating for patients and pharmacists, with a focus on reproductive health. We are excited to expand our team to include an Implementation Coordinator, who will provide technical assistance to support pharmacies in providing reproductive health services.As a Implementation Coordinator, you will work closely with pharmacists, public health professionals, and reproductive health advocates. You will coordinate public awareness efforts through community organization collaborations, foster connections between pharmacies and other healthcare providers, engage in pharmacy outreach efforts around reproductive health initiatives, and provide technical assistance to pharmacies.ResponsibilitiesProviding technical assistance to community pharmacies to launch and sustain reproductive health services Raise public awareness through community organization collaborations and other strategiesIdentify priority geographical areasRepresent Birth Control Pharmacist by participating in implementation stakeholder meetings, primarily virtual with optional in-person participationCollaborate with internal team members to align efforts and meet program goalsPlan, research, and write blogs, reports, and other publications aimed at a variety of audiencesAssist in the development of reports to fundersContribute to project development and managementRequired QualificationsMust legally reside in the US and all work must be completed in the USAt least 3 years of relevant work experience Knowledge of and experience with the intersection of state policy and the health care market, including health care providers’ scope of practiceExperience working with healthcare providers (especially pharmacists)Preferred QualificationsExperience related to pharmacy practice and/or sexual and reproductive health or maternal child health preferredPassion for reproductive rights and access to health careSalary and Benefits$60,000 - $65,000 annually, commensurate with experience and locationHealth, dental and vision coveragePaid holidays and time off policies
