The role involves overseeing consumer product dispensing and improving salesforce productivity while working closely with various internal and external partners.ResponsibilitiesDrive commercial excellence by identifying capability-building initiatives for Regionals Sales Managers and Field Sales Representatives focused on enhancing business planning, optimizing resources, and improving sales outcomes and salesforce productivityServe as primary conduit and gatekeeper for all data requests coming from the fieldServe as the primary liaison with external partners and Salesforce Effectiveness teams to develop, optimize and evolve operation dashboards for leadership and field sales.
