[Remote] Senior Manager, Product Growth Enablement

This cross-functional role will collaborate with various teams to ensure effective market execution and support the adoption of priority products within the portfolio.ResponsibilitiesPartner with product owner(s) and other key stakeholders to support growth initiatives for priority products within the PID portfolioHelp identify and support growth opportunities across target segmentsUnder direction of product owner, support product launches, pilots, enhancements and adoption initiatives through structured enablement efforts, working across stakeholders to ensure new and evolving offerings are operationally feasible, scalable and launch-readyPartner with product owner(s), sales and marketing to develop client-specific product narratives and value propositionsIdentify gaps, risks and dependencies early, enabling proactive solutions that protect growth timelines and product credibilityDevelop and maintain product-specific enablement collateral such as product playbooks, FAQs, pitch decks and use case documentationPartner with Analytics to lead development of case studies and overall integration of metrics and quantifiable outcomes into collateral that enables data-driven storytellingSupport development of product-specific sales training for new products and features, and coordinate with sales enablement team to ensure timely deliveryManage client-facing materials and updates; help translate product roadmaps into client-ready messaging and materialsGather and synthesize client and field feedback to inform product improvementsImplement organizational policies, goals, and objectives based on best practices in the field and in accordance with accreditation standards, when applicableSupport the development of methodologies to evaluate market conditions and adapt business models to meet emerging market needsDetermine improvement opportunities for sales management processes and systemsSkills7+ years of work experience, preferably within healthcare, PBM, health plan or pharmaceutical strategy5 + years of Product, Sales Enablement, Sales, Clinical, Marketing, Market Research, Strategy or Operations experience5 + years of experience working simultaneously with multiple teams in a cross functional environmentAbility to travel approximately 10–15% of time to support client meetings, conferences, and other high-priority engagementsStrong execution and delivery skills across complex, cross-functional initiativesDemonstrated ability to synthesize data, product strategy, and market trends into clear narrativesHigh level of collaboration and executive presenceMastery of problem-solving, influence, and decision-making skillsGrowth mindset, with comfort operating in ambiguity and high-visibility environmentsPositive attitude; our team enjoys working together and keeps high morale while tackling complex challengesBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent specialized training and relevant professional experienceBenefitsEligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed aboveIncludes an award target in the company’s equity award programEligible for a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the physical, emotional, and financial well‑being of colleagues and their familiesBenefits for this position include medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, retirement savings options, wellness programs, and other resources, based on eligibilityCompany OverviewCVS Health is a health solutions company that provides an integrated healthcare services to its members.
