They are seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations to lead the systems, processes, data, and technology that drive the firm's marketing and business development efforts, optimizing technology and improving data-driven decision making.ResponsibilitiesOversee the execution of sales and marketing strategies within CRM and outbound marketing platforms to support revenue growth and lead generation effortsManage the design, administration, and optimization of the firm's CRM system to ensure efficiency and scalabilityDirect the use and integration of marketing technology platforms across the departmentLead firmwide adoption and optimization of sales and marketing technologies to improve operational effectivenessEvaluate existing technology solutions and recommend enhancements, additions, or replacements as neededEnsure the availability, accuracy, and accessibility of customer and prospect data across systemsEstablish and maintain data governance standards and best practicesUtilize analytics and reporting tools to measure campaign performance, pipeline activity, and marketing effectivenessDevelop reporting frameworks and dashboards that support informed business decisions and strategic planningMonitor key performance indicators and provide actionable insights to leadershipCollaborate with the Chief Growth Officer to develop and implement scalable marketing processes and operational best practicesIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, technology enhancements, and workflow optimizationDevelop training materials and documentation to support consistent adoption of marketing systems and processesDrive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen marketing and business development operationsManage and develop marketing team members while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learningPrioritize departmental initiatives and resources to ensure high-quality executionProvide coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for team membersPromote innovation and operational excellence throughout the marketing functionPartner with business development, industry, and service line leaders to support firm growth initiativesCollaborate across departments to ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and operational objectivesSupport strategic projects and firmwide initiatives that enhance business performanceServe as a trusted advisor on marketing technology, reporting, and operational strategySkillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field7+ years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or related rolesExpert knowledge of HubSpot, including automation, sales tools, integrations, and reportingExperience managing CRM systems, marketing technology platforms, and data governance initiativesProven success leading teams and collaborating across departmentsStrong analytical, project management, and process improvement skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareMaster's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field10+ years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or related rolesHubSpot Academy Certifications and/or Google Analytics CertificationExperience with Monday.com, Introhive, PostHog Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Apollo.io, WordPress, Typeform, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and related platformsPrior experience in public accounting or another professional services organizationBenefitsCompetitive salary and a solid career path to grow your professional experience that includes career development and training.Generous benefits package with 2 comprehensive healthcare options that include healthcare (PPO and High Deductible PPO), dental, and vision insurance for all full-time employees.Flexible Schedule Options, Paid Parental Leave, and Summer Schedule.12 Paid Holidays that include a full week of winter break in December.Firm contributes 4-5% annually, regardless of personal contributions.Not unlimited; requires a minimum of 2 weeks off per year, including one consecutive week.Available for eligible education expenses.Allows professional attire flexibility, including jeans, while requiring business attire for formal client engagements.Company Overview“Service is the sole purpose of our existence.” -James “Jim” Moore We’ve lived by these words ever since our firm was founded in 1964.
