[Remote] Research Contract Analyst / TSRI Clinical Research Admin Contracts / Full-time / Days

The Research Contract Analyst will negotiate contracts related to clinical trials and ensure compliance with laws and institutional policies while supporting Principal Investigators in their research endeavors. Responsibilities • Responsible for contract negotiation of clinical trials, subcontracts, nondisclosure agreements, and consortium agreements • Main point of contact and is responsible for conducting negotiations with external sponsors on behalf of TSRI • Works collaboratively with the division/department to ensure agreements facilitate the conduct of research at TSRI in compliance with applicable laws and institutional policies • Provide action-oriented and expert support to Principal Investigators (PIs) and the division/department • Handle specific clinical trial and audit issues with integrity Skills • 2+ years' experience in contract formation, contract negotiation, or administration • Working knowledge federal and state laws, rules and regulations related to research • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience • Previous experience negotiating clinical research or healthcare contracts • Experience in an academic medical center • Advanced degree (JD, MBA, MHA) • Certified Research Administrator Benefits • Competitive compensation package • Robust benefits program Company Overview • Here at CHLA, we believe every child deserves to enjoy all those special moments that childhood has to offer, free from pain and suffering.
