They are seeking a Senior Manager in Accounting Advisory to lead client advisory engagements, drive change management initiatives, and oversee multiple client teams while building trusted relationships with client executives.ResponsibilitiesLead client advisory engagements at a CFO-level, delivering strategic financial insights and operational guidanceDrive change management initiatives to modernize service delivery through technology, standardized processes, and best practicesBuild and maintain trusted relationships with client executives by understanding their business goals and delivering tailored solutionsOversee multiple client teams, ensuring timely and accurate completion of accounting engagementsAnalyze financial performance, including KPIs, and provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability and cash flowCollaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., revenue cycle, payroll, cost reporting) to deliver integrated client solutionsDevelop client budgets and forecasts, offering consultative support on financial planning and strategyMentor and develop staff, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and operational excellenceSkillsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business; Master's degree a plusCPA designation preferredMinimum 8 years of Tribal Gaming Accounting experience.
