* Resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues as needed.
* Meet performance goals and targets related to response time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**

* First Call Resolution (FCR): Resolve customer issues on the first call.
* Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): Ensure customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution.
* Net Promoter Score (NPS): Measure customer loyalty and satisfaction.
* Average Handling Time (AHT): Minimize the time spent on each customer interaction.
* Quality Monitoring: Meet quality standards through regular monitoring and feedback.

**Requirements**

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools and systems.
