[Remote] Senior Manager, Access Controls and Protected Data Governance

They are seeking a Senior Manager for Access Controls and Protected Data Governance to oversee access to Protected Data, ensuring compliance with security standards and managing role-based access control models.ResponsibilitiesServe as the control authority for approving or denying access to Protected Data and systems containing Protected DataEnsure all access is limited to Trusted Personnel and Trusted Third-Party Providers in accordance with NSA Article II.DOversee personnel eligibility validation, including citizenship requirements and screening alignment with Data Security Practices and the Data Security PlanMaintain and enforce role-based access control models aligned to NSA restrictionsReview and validate access provisioning, de-provisioning, and privileged access controlsEvaluate proposed system, integration, or operational changes for impact to Protected Data access and enforce compliance gatingMaintain authoritative records of access decisions, approvals, and supporting evidence for audit and reporting purposesPartner with Integration and Change Governance to ensure no access is granted prior to required approvalsEscalate any unauthorized access, policy violations, or eligibility concerns to the Security OfficerSkillsDeep expertise in access control frameworks, identity governance, and role-based access modelsStrong understanding of personnel eligibility requirements in regulated environmentsAbility to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into enforceable access controlsStrong documentation discipline with audit-ready evidence managementExperience operating in controlled or restricted data environmentsBachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information systems, or related field required12+ years of experience in access governance, identity management, or regulated security environmentsU.S. citizenship requiredExperience supporting CFIUS, FOCI, or similar regulatory frameworks strongly preferredBenefitsIndividuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission.Company OverviewLenovo Group is a computer technology company that manufactures personal computers, smartphones, televisions, and wearable devices.
