The Integrations Consultant plays a crucial role in the post-sales process, leading integration projects and ensuring successful implementation while maintaining strong client relationships.ResponsibilitiesLead integration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring project timelines and milestones are metCollaborate with clients to define and adhere to project scope, objectives, and deliverablesAssess client systems and requirements to design effective integration solutionsTroubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions during the integration processApply technical skills to provide expert integration advice on how to best utilize our Open REST APIsCreate and present detailed, actionable integration plans that enable both MaintainX and our customers to understand and execute on the full scope of our integration processesServe as the primary point of contact for clients during integration projectsMaintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and supportTrain client personnel on how to use integrated systems effectivelyWork with the MaintainX Integration, Engineering, and Product teams to prioritize and discuss customer needsWork directly with Sales Engineers, Solution Architects, and Integration Developers to translate client requirementsWork closely with third-party solution integrators to communicate client requirements and manage integration projectsSkillsExperience in technical consulting.
