[Remote] Senior Integration Project Manager

The Senior Integration Project Manager will manage the delivery of interface projects to obtain critical healthcare data, ensuring timely execution and collaboration with various stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesProvide critical leadership to ensure overall quality of project planning and execution, while minimizing and mitigating portfolio risksManaging the execution of multiple healthcare integrations projects’ lifecycle simultaneously in accordance with Aledade’s data specifications and service level agreementsProvide the communication link between Integrations and internal partners (Implementation Data Operations, Development and Operations, Product Management, and associated leadership)Managing issues, decisions, risks, and escalations to management and/or stakeholdersBe a technical problem solver on the team, identifying innovative solutions to project blockers and resolving issues and constraints through consensus and sound judgmentMaintaining continuous alignment of program scope with strategic business objectives. Make recommendations to modify program and prioritization to enhance effectiveness toward the business result or strategic intentManage the coordination and relationship with internal partners and stakeholdersManage the relationship with the external vendors which include vendor management, negotiations, and contract managementPresent regular updates on program health to leadershipProvide the management of tasks supporting business continuity of the portfolioManaging all tasks that supports the presence of all active interfacesProviding assistance in finding solutions of critical issues affecting active interfacesSkills8+ years of program management or equivalent experience4+ years experience with APIs, HL7 v2/v3, ORU, XDS.b, XDA, XDM, SFTP, VPN, 837, or related communication protocols4+ years experience with interoperability standards and methodologies4+ years experience working with electronic health record (EHR), practice management, billing system, hospital system, etcExperience and strong skills in negotiating contracts with vendorsStrong knowledge of healthcare administrative and clinical data sets, including scheduling, financial, and clinical dataStrong knowledge of healthcare scheduling, claims, clinical data setsA strong data-driven mentality and prioritization framework to ensure focus on the highest impact work.
