[Remote] Senior Infrastructure Project Manager

Raas Infotek is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager responsible for developing detailed project plans and ensuring timely project delivery within budget and scope. The role involves coordinating resources, facilitating meetings, and managing project execution while identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.ResponsibilitiesPlanning, initiation and execution of complex infrastructure projectsResponsible for resource allocation and UtilizationFacilitate meetings and collaborate with internal Stakeholders, Client, 3rd Party resourcesIdentify risks and incorporate risk mitigation strategy/contingency planManage standards, procedures, and practices for record-keeping of contractual agreementsPerform analysis that reflects Planned vs actual variancesResponsible for facilitating the execution of IT projects/programs by ensuring the quality, completeness, tracking and reporting of work items as they flow between participants in key business processProject schedule development, Status reporting, communications planning and management using MS Project/ADO/JIRAPerform project closing activities including operational transitionProven leader and trusted advisor championing project needs to deliver predictable and repeatable project resultsBalance the art and science of project management to scale and leverage techniques and processes efficientlyControl and track project performance and conducting regular team status meetingsReporting project status periodically to LeadershipIdentify road blockers, plan issue resolution and drive them to closure and keep a record of RAID itemsCoordinate with other functions and organizational entities to identify and monitor issues, impacts and dependenciesManage end to end procurement whether it is related to Hardware, Software, People, Partner Onboarding etcSkillsBachelor's degree in IT/ Engineering/MBA or other management qualificationPMP or/and Prince 2 certifiedTotal 6-9 years of experience, out of which at least 5 years of Project management experience for clients spread across the globeExperience in IT Infrastructure Managed Services Transition & Transformation Project like including Datacenter builds and migrations, decommissioning projects, server builds and storage projectExperience in managing diverse and multiple teams with complete ownership and responsibility of the direct/indirect teamExperience in Managing Customer Engagement and Third-Party OEMs/ PartnersSound hands-on experience on Project financial Management, Cost Management and Financial (Cost/Budget) variance trackingProficient with Project Management Tools including MS Project, and MS Office SuiteSolid knowledge of and demonstrated experience in project management processes and methodologiesStrong communication and presentation skillsWell-developed negotiation and relationship skillsAbility to build consensusDetail and big picture orientationExcellent analytical skills and a strong sense for structure & logicProficient on MS Office (Advance Power Point, Advance Excel, Word, Visio) and Power BI, QlikExperience in Agile Project Management or /And Scrum methodologies will be preferredCompany OverviewRAAS Infotek is a full spectrum global Information Technology services company, providing end-to-end business solutions.
