They are seeking a Senior Implementation Project Manager to manage the entire implementation lifecycle for mid-market to enterprise clients, ensuring high-quality solutions that meet client expectations.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the end-to-end implementation of mid-market to enterprise sized clientsCreate and maintain project plans, ensuring all tasks are completed within the defined timelinesLead client facing presentations, delivering clear and concise updates on project progressCollaborate closely with clients to capture and document their requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of their business needs, and effectively communicating the value of our solutionsFoster effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Account Management, and Integrations, to ensure a smooth implementation process and uphold client satisfactionCultivate and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as their primary contact throughout the implementation processDevelop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services.
