They are seeking a Senior Analyst to join their GTM Strategic Initiatives Team, responsible for executing cross-functional projects and driving go-to-market strategies while collaborating with various stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesImpact Large Cross-Functional Initiatives: Develop and partner on comprehensive project plans to support large-scale corporate initiatives, ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration and success. This includes aligning with company goals, coordinating timelines, and managing resources to achieve success and maximize impactExample Initiatives: New Product Launches, New External Program Launches, Merger and Acquisition Operationalization, Sales Program Launches, etcPerformance Monitoring and Reporting: Analyze program performance, penetration, and effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvementSales Enablement: Support the development and distribution of guidelines, sales tools, and training materials to enable sales teams to effectively understand and act on large-scale corporate initiativesCollaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, GTM Enablement, Finance, Legal, Product, and Marketing teams to drive cohesive go-to-market strategies and support organizational success.
