They are seeking a talented Full Stack IoT Software Developer to develop firmware, backend systems, and tooling for cellular IoT products, while also having the opportunity to work with devices throughout the entire development cycle.ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain firmware, backend, and tooling solutions for cellular IoT devicesDevelop and optimize embedded software using C for STM32 microcontrollers, ensuring performance and reliabilityIntegrate and manage embedded AI models to enhance device capabilitiesCollaborate closely with hardware, electronics, and manufacturing teams to bring innovative products to lifeWork directly with physical devices for hands-on development, troubleshooting, and validationEnsure efficient cellular communication and low power operations within device ecosystemsContribute to backend and tooling development using Python and Ruby on RailsStay current with emerging IoT technologies and recommend innovations that align with business goalsAdditional job duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fieldMinimum 7+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on embedded systems and full stack developmentProven expertise in C programming for microcontrollers (preferably STM32), and experience with cellular communication protocolsProficiency in backend development using Python and Ruby on RailsStrong understanding of hardware/software integration and low-power design principlesDemonstrated ability to work independently and lead complex development initiativesExcellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to innovationStrong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teamsAbility to independently manage all aspects of the job role including required goals and business practices in a remote environmentExperience integrating AI models into embedded systems is highly desirableBenefitsA comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) PlanCompany OverviewCardio Partner Resources is a national training center for the American Heart Association with a network of over 740 qualified instructors It was founded in 2005, and is headquartered in Elk Grove Village, Illinois, USA, with a workforce of 51-200 employees.
