[Remote] Senior Full Stack Engineer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CyberCoders is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead the design and delivery of customer-facing web applications. The role focuses on building scalable front-end experiences using Next.js and React.JS while collaborating with backend engineers to implement robust APIs and services.ResponsibilitiesLead development of complex front-end features and pages using Next.js and React.JS, including server-side rendering and optimized client hydrationDesign and implement end-to-end solutions, collaborating with backend engineers to define APIs (REST/GraphQL) and data modelsWrite clean, well-tested, and maintainable code with unit, integration, and end-to-end testsDrive performance optimization, accessibility improvements, and best practices for front-end architectureParticipate in architecture and design decisions, helping shape technical direction and system scalabilityOwn feature delivery from specification through deployment, including CI/CD pipelines and monitoring in productionConduct and participate in code reviews, mentor junior and mid-level engineers, and promote high engineering standardsDocument systems, runbooks, and design rationales to ensure team knowledge sharing and operational readinessInvestigate and resolve production incidents and performance regressions in collaboration with SRE/DevOps teamsSkills5+ years of professional web development experience, with significant portion working on production React-based applicationsProven expertise in Next.js and React.JS, including SSR/SSG, React Hooks, component design patterns, and state managementBackend Development experience with one of the following: Python, Golang, RustStrong JavaScript/TypeScript skills and familiarity with modern front-end tooling (Webpack, Vite, ESLint, Prettier)Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress or similar) and CI/CD practicesSolid understanding of building and integrating with RESTful and GraphQL APIs, and familiarity with backend fundamentalsExperience deploying and operating applications on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization (Docker), and observability (logs, metrics, tracing)Excellent problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills; ability to work cross-functionally with product and design teamsBachelors degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experienceBenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVisionBonusTelecommuteCompany OverviewCyberCoders is a recruiting firm locating job positions across all industries, including finance, education, engineering and healthcare.
