Oracle SQL Developer (Remote in U.S.)
Job Summary: Dexian is seeking a Oracle SQL Developer for an opportunity with a client located in Chicago, IL. Responsibilities: • Designing and implementing database structures, schemas, tables, views, stored procedures, functions, and triggers to meet application requirements • Writing efficient and optimized SQL queries and PL/SQL code for data manipulation, retrieval, and integration with applications • Tuning SQL queries, creating indexes, and implementing other techniques to ensure optimal database performance • Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security through appropriate validation, backup, and recovery procedures • Supporting Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes and data pipelines to manage data flow and integration • Working closely with front-end developers, software engineers, data analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and provide technical support • Identifying and resolving database issues, monitoring performance, and performing routine maintenance tasks • Creating and maintaining database documentation, and staying updated with the latest Oracle database technologies and best practices Requirements: • Recent exp as Oracle SQL Developer Needed • Java, Angular, Oracle SQL, Azure, Git exp needed • Expert at writing complex queries and data structures • 3-6 month contract to hire • Must be US Citizen based in U.S. • 40 hours per week from start and looking to start asap Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
